006 ACCOMMODATIONS/FACILITIES, TRASH AND SEWAGE SERVICES
a. REFUSE COLLECTION: Provide 90 each, 5 C.M. dumpsters for tent
city and remainder of base. Dumpsters shall be placed on site as
shown in attached site plan. Dumpsters shall be emptied on a seven
day per week schedule emptying 45 dumpsters per day. Contractor
shall haul all waste to an off base disposal point. Contractor shall
begin delivery of 5 C.M. dumpsters on 26 Nov 90 and continue until
all 90 are in place. Contractor shall begin pick up schedule on 27
Nov 90 of approximately 20 dumpsters and continue pick up of these 20
dumpsters every other day until 10 Dec 90. Full service pick up of
45 dumpsters every other day shall begin on 11 Dec 90.
b. PURCHASE AND SERVICE OF PORTABLE RESTROOMS: Purchase
75-Poly-Plus or equivalent portable restrooms with holding capacity
of approximately 40 gallons. Portable restrooms are to be delivered
to base and placed in locations shown on attached map. Portable
restrooms shall be delivered starting with 20 - portable restrooms on
26 Nov 90, with the remainder of the portable restrooms (55) to be
delivered by 10 Dec 90. Daily cleaning and pumping service of these
75 portable restrooms shall include equipment, vehicles, manpower and
chemicals necessary to maintain and service these portable restrooms.
Service shall start on initial 20 portable restrooms on 26 Nov 90
with full service on all 75 portable restrooms beginning on 12 Dec
90.

c. PUMP OUT SEWAGE HOLDING TANKS: Provide sewage pumping service
for 9-10,000 liter sewage holding tanks twice on each tank per day
seven days per week. Tanks shall be pumped from locations shown on
attached map. Sewage shall be pumped from holding tanks and disposed
of at an off-base location. Service shall begin on 1 Dec 90.
d. PUMP GREASE TRAPS: Pump out 2 each grease traps located behind
each Dining Hall. Grease traps are to be cleaned and pumped out
every other day at least three days per week. Each grease trap may
hold up to 1,000 gallons. Contractor shall dispose of waste at an
off-site location. Service shall begin on 10 Dec 90.
e. USED OIL AND SPILLED FUEL: Contractor shall remove used waste
oil and spilled diluted fuel, and shall provide for disposal of
oily/greasy rags once each week. Contractor shall provide 500 clean
