                   HQ USA/SGP and SGHR briefed on CENTAF/SG decision on 14 Aug; SGP will
                     advised SG at vespers.
         - On 15 Aug 90, US Army/SG was briefed on the recommendations of the US
         Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense concerning
         parenteral diazepam requirements.
         
         - Continue to issue four 10 mg pre-filled syringes to combat life
         savers and combat aid men until autoinjectors are available.
         
         - Issue 1 autoinjector per soldier when available.
         
         For "buddy use only."
         
         Give if moderate to severe symptoms or continued incapacitation
         of buddy after 3 Mark I Kits (3 Atropens and 3 Combopens) have
         been administered.
