CRITICAL ISSUE - 6

		SUBJECT:  Temporary Construction


		OBSERVATION:  Serveral sites have established expansive tent
		cities to beddown and feed large populations of AF
		personnel.  Harsh environment and heavy use will contribute
		to premature deterioration of equipment.


		ACTION:  Positioning RH to be able to start temporary
		construction on or about C+90.
