SUBJECT: War Readiness Spares Kits (WRSK) 
 
OBSERVATION: Harvest Falcon assets have been placed in service to 
beddown and feed personnel. Kits are incomplete in some cases. 
Equipment requires service and maintenance. Extremely limited WRSK 
and spares available. 
 
ACTION: Asked LGS and TAC/BS to expedite WRSK and spares. 
Established CEMIRT for depot maintenance of electrical assets within 
AOR. Working local purchase of routine maintenance spare parts for 
electrical assets. Many WRSK items not available in AOR. Please 
ensure that WRSK kits are substantially complete prior to sending them 
to AOR locations.
