FOR CONVERTING PS-66 HANGER POWER TO 208 VAC.  BRING EVERY
MICRO COMPUTER (LAPTOPS PREFERRED) AND PRINTER YOU CAN GET YOUR
HANDS ON, WITH AMPLE FLOPPIES, 3.5 DISKS AND COPIES OF
"HANNER PLANNER", FPLAN, AND YOUR FAVORITE WORD PROCESSOR.
I.  	RESOURCE MANAGEMENT.
1. 	FUEL.  SINCE THE BASE BULK FUEL STORAGE IS LIMITED
(APPROXIMATELY 200,000 GALLONS) AND PRIORITY BELONGS TO THE
FIRST ONE TO THE PUMP, WE HAVE REQUESTED FOUR R-14 TEMPORARY
FUEL STORAGE BLADDERS (PLUS TWO SPARES)  TO ALLOW US TO HAVE
200K GALLONS STORED FOR OUR USE.  TO MANAGE THESE STOCKS, WE

ONLY REQUIRE ONE 63150 (SSGT) AND SIX 63130 (AMN) FOR FUELS SUPPORT.

2. 	VEHICLES MAINTENANCE.  FLEET EXPANSION WILL REQUIRE
ONLY TWO ADDITIONAL SPECIAL PURPOSE MECHANICS.
3.	CONTRACTING.  NO ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL REQUIRED.
4.	ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE.  ONE ADDITIONAL DISBURSING
AGENT REQUIRED.
5. 	SUPPLY, REQUEST FULL CONTINGENT FOR WRSK
MANAGEMENT.
6. 	CARGO HANDLING.  SINCE MAC ALCE SUPPORT IS SCARCE
AND UNPREDICTABLE, REQUEST TEN 605X0 PERSONNEL TO SUPPORT TWO 12 HOUR SHIFTS.  FOR A SECOND DEPLOYMENT, WE EXPECT THE AIRLIFT TO BE TIMELY AND CONCENTRATED, SO PLEASE HAVE THESE PERSONNEL PRIORITIZED APPROPRIATELY IN THE AIRFLOW.  THIS WILL ALSO SERVE US WELL ON DEPARTURE.
7.	VEHICLE OPERATIONS.  WITH THE ADDITIONAL CARGO HANDLERS, WE CAN PULL BACK THE VEHICLE OPERATIONS WE DIVERTED TO CARGO HANDLING TO TAKE CARE OF ANY ADDITIONAL VEHICLE OPS REQUIREMENTS.
