purchased a-rations being used.  Need a PDC.  Need 2 sweepers.  Need P-10 Crash
rescue vehicle.  Need RRR assets, Luke drills, anchors, sulfur pit etc.
Need a Red Horse Team to install BAK 12.  One MAAS unit short.  Need two RAWLS
units.
RRR:  HN has 200 man team with asphalt and high early concrete.  No AM-2
