OCA Pre-attack Checklist 
 
Upon notification of Alarm Yellow: 
 
1. All CCA Augmentees are placed on stand-by status. 
 
2. CCA shift schedules will begin. Team A=day shift, 0700-1900 and Team B=
night shift, 1900-0700. 
 
3. The team that would be working when Alarm Yellow is announced will report 
to the Disaster Preparedness workcenter. (Bus goes to pick up points [Med clinic
and south loop]) 
 
4. All team members will ensure their team chief knows where they are at all
times. 
 
5. Ensure all canteens are full of water. 
 
6. Pick up 1« ton vehicle from Trans. and load it with CCA equipment. Cover
loaded vehicle with plastic or tarps. 
 
7. Ensure a bus with driver is available for transporting augmentees to the
CCA site. 
 
8. Augmentees will be released to their workcenters once this checklist is
