    V:   We support them by giving them a place to eat and a place to
    sleep. We have a supply system for them and a
    transportation system just like everything else. Civil
    engineers do their berming and digging things for them and
    putting latrines out and emptying out latrines. The
    services folks feed them and billet them and do all the
    things they need supportwise. We have a base infrastructure
    that is just like any other combat support wing on any other
    base.
