    sand storm or what, it is going to be working fine. As I
    said, I have come 180 degrees. I am now a firm believer in
    it. I like it a lot, and I think 1t has probably gone a
    long way into shortening the war. It has made us much more
    effective in that close reliance; and as I have said before
    talking with Pointer, it has probably increased our
    efficiency three or fourfold, and it has therefore increased
    the number of sorties, increased the efficiency of those
    sorties, so you are probably talking a five or sixfold
    increase of capability over what we had before we were here.
