    were on the ground and looking for a place to park. Referred them
    to WOC. Follow up all to WOC from SRC to obtain ordnance loads
    subject A/C. Also informed from WOC of F-15 A/C from another
    base arriving this location [NON-EMERGENCY].

    1000 EOD responded and terminated.
    
    1143 The British NBC Cell called there will be a test of the
    [(b)(l)sec3.4 (b)(l)] system at 1400 today. We are not to respond to it.
    
    1240 BDOC reported that Security Police heard a loud noise
    possibly in the northern sector of the base. Patrols briefed to
    check their areas for possible explosions. Negative findings.
    May have been an aircraft.
    
    1450 Crash Control advised of a fuel spill on a 747 (T/N
    #631) located on spot #3 on the MAC ramp. Crews advised approx.
    10 -15 gals of fuel on the ground and that the fuel has been
    neutralized. The cause of fuel spill was a faulty valve.
    Advised maintenance personnel. Crash Fire.
    
    2016 Telephone wire case, behind Bldg, non-flightline side
    left there - was not there last light - canvas bag. Terminated
    2033.

    SPS at that location conducting a search and clear operation.
