Figure 3-4.  NOAA Thermal, 19 January 1991, 2318Z.  Middle and high clouds stretch
from the northern Red Sea to Iran.  The large lakes west of Badhgad are still visible even 
though Badhgad is clouded-covered.   The 3,000-foot clouds along the Iraq-Jordan-Syria
border are clearly visible.  Light drizzle fell throughout the southern section of the area
during afternoon and early evening.
