Day 29, Wave Three: This night's final - wave concentrated on communications sites at Al Hillah, Al Kut, Baghdad, Al Qashan- iyah,.A1 Basrah, and Az Zubayr; a radar site at Ash Shuaybah; and the Navy Head- quarters at Basrah. The jets delivered 13 hits in 18 tries. Day 30, Wave One: No rest for the Iraqi military machine this night as the 37 TFWP routed ten F-ll7A sorties over enemy targets in the first of three waves. The first wave chiefly attacked hardened aircraft shelters at A1 Asad and Shayka Mazhar Airfields, along with a surface-to air missile site at Shayka Mazhar and a rocket motor test facility at A1 Musayyib. Stealth pilots struck successfully on 15 of 18 attempts. Day 30, Wave Two: The wing launched 14 F-ll7As against a possible nuclear facility at Tarmiya, Rasheed Airfield, Harbala and Taji ammunition depots, Dibdibba command post, and communications sites at A1 Bas- rain, Tall At Lahm, Jalibah, and Sayyidaat.
