B. Tactical Field Laundry (TFL). As reported in earlier
 history reports the need for a replacement laundry system is
 needed. -

 SUMMARY: The last six months have been a roller coaster
 sequence of events for both site E&S forces and the headquarters
 staff. Now that hostilities have started, the E&S teams are
 demonstrating their stuff and doing it with unexcelled excellence.
 I'm personally proud of the people,their hard-work, and the
 results they've accomplished. Our goal is now simple--defeat the
 Iraqi military, restore Kuwait and go home!
