       d. (U) Buses should  have curtains drawn/pulled down to prevent
      viewing military personnel.

                  3. MEDICAL: ( U )
         a. (U) A Security Policeman should be posted at each of the 354th
           ECPs. Hospital personnel should be trained to assist the SPs at each of the
           ECPs,
          b. (U) Complete the exterior lighting system installation and
          train 1611th ATH personnel to us or  extinguish the lights when necessary.
         c. (U) Coordinate with the U.S. Army to develop a plan to guard
          Enemy Prisoners of War.
