	Medical:   The Blood Donor Center (BDC) was activated on 11 December 90 to
              draw, test, package and ship packed red blood cells (PRBC) on a weekly basis.
              All units were shipped to tbe Armed Services Whole Blood Processing Laboratory
             (ASWBPL), McGuire AFB, NJ. The BDC remained in operation until deactivated
            1 March 91. During its operation, the BDC drew and shipped 609 units.
