        nursing personnel, baggage handling personnel, and medical maintenance
        
        RECOMMENDATIONS: Create working group to address the ASF manpower issues.
        
        ACTIONS REQUIRED: Evaluate ASF staffing requirements and modify as required.
        
        ACTIONS COMPLETED: ASF UTC manpower has been evaluated and modified, adding
        required numbers of personnel to meet requirements.
