                 This document was written in response to various
                 requests for information concerning guidelines and
                 principles for the detection of biological material
                 and countermeasures taken to ensure protection of all
                 those who might face the threat of Biological Weapons
                 (BOO) warfare.

                 The attached pamphlet concerns the
                 medical defense against biological materials and the
                 detection of these materials.
