          Integration of active duty and reserve units is needed. Many problems encountered
          while on active duty in Saudi Arabia were due to the fact that many reservists
          are unfamiliar with military structure and policies.
 
          e. Air Force Reserve medical units should be encouraged to participate in
         exercises with the Army and the Navy. At Medical Base America (KKMC) we were 
         directly involved with the Army, and much of our support came from them.
