       ISSUE/ITEM:
       
       SUBJECT: Blood Donor Center Manning Authorizations
       
       BACKGROUND: Manning authorized for Blood Donor Center operations is prescribed
       by the USAF War and Mobilization Plan Annex F.
       
       DISCUSSION: One medical treatment facility suggested that allocated manning is
       insufficient for full and extended blood donor center operations. Their
       recommendation is to expand the manning package to include the following:

                            92470 -   2
                            924XO - 7
                   902XO/9756 - 2
                            906XO - 2
       
       ACTION RECOMMENDED:
       
                  (1) Assess whether recommendations are desirable/feasible.
       
                  (2) Amend USAF WMP and appropriate MFELs as indicated.
