          1. Upon notification by ARCENT Main, your NBC dtaff-will 5eed to
          submit the-following information NLT'1500 hrs daily:

              a. NBC status report as of 1200 hrs.. Format and
          instructions are at Enclosure 1.

            . b. chemical-attack/significaht chemical events as of 1200
          hrs. Forraat and instructions are at Enclosures 2-3.

          2. Additionally, forward to'this headquarters the initial NBC 1
          :reports which initiates che3nical/biological warfare and all NBC
          2, NBC 5 and 6 reports as they received by your headquarters.
          3. Any- means of transmission is aceegtable. -Perit4ocally we may
          require additional or supplemental information.
