       MEMORANDUM FOR: COMMANDER VII CORPS; Attn: G3, APO NY 09685

       SUBJECT: NBC Reporting Requirements


       1. Accurate and timely information on the status of ARCENT's NBC
       defense status is important. This information is used by
       planners and operators at ARCENT level. Two reports are used by
       the NBC Branch to convey this information at ARCENT level, the
       daily NBC SITREP and weekly Divisional chemical Units' Status
       Report.

       2. The format of the Daily SITREP is at enclosure I and is due
       daily at 1500 hours. The format for the weekly report is at
       enclosure 2. It is due every Friday NLT 2400 hours.

       3. The reports must be initiated i=ediately and continue until
       further notice.

       4. POCs are LTC Merryman/MAJ Wagner, (TAC) 9-7864-337/338.
