                       RECOMMENDATION #2:

                       Begin the planning and implemen  tation of automation and
                  other provisions in design which will allow reduction in
                  reliance on manual labor for operation of the siaviage treatment

                       CONCLUSXON #3:

                       The Xuwait city sewage has sulpbate (SO4) concentration
                  vhich exceeds normal expectations by a factor of twenty (20)
                  or Morse

                       RECOMENDATION 13:

                       Determine the reasons for the extremely high levels of
                  sulfates in the Kuwait City sewage. (MPW)

                       CONCLUSIONS #4 & 5:

                  has been made for odor control provisions within the xavage
                  collection system.

                       The Project Manager should consider the contingency plan
