            commence operations.

            authorized KY-57 (Tv7inson-i secure devices. The brigade has been
            allotted '@15 V4.noon from expected deliveries to Corps, but nee s

            receive their December and January 'LESS- Brigade has previously
            submitted list of all assigned units, but has thus lay- received
            only LESS for organic Brigade in'--to from FRO.

                      (10) We have to get definite answers on package mail
            ilo@v after C-,-Day.   It will be almost impossible for brigade to
            receive and transport package mail to units after- O-Day.
            Although Corps OPLAN stated package mail Aiould cease, sources
            indicated packages may continue to flow 'lo 'z,WA.

            PC)I't. Need high prior4lty to have matting transported forward.
            MattinF- is required to construct a forward Cl@@O Airstrip.
