          1.   Situation: No change-

          2.   Mission: No change.

          3.   Execution:


               a. Concept of Operation    8-

                    (1) The 926th Engineer Group will control a convoy of
          the Brigade's haul assets to Dammam Port and return to Log Base
          Echo.
                    (2) Because of the delay in movement to the FAA, the
          following units will provide assets to haul heavy equipment from
          port: 926th Engineer Group, 176th Engineer Group.

               b. Subunit Mizzionz:

                    (1) 926th Engineer Group will provide 10 each M9168 with@
          trailers, 3 each M916s without trailer, 6 each 5-ton tractors
          without trailer, escort vehicles, recovery vehicle, and a convoy
          oic.


                    (2) 176th Engineer Group will provide 12 each M916s with
          trailers, 3 M916s without trailer, and 2 each,2-I./2-ton trucks.

               C!. Coordinating Instructions!

                    (1) Convoy will depart at    251100(L) JAN 91 from PS,439144
          for Dammam port,

                    (2) Expect to dedicate assets for 2 days.

                    (3) All vehicles will have an operator and assistant
          operator.

                    (4) Convoy OIC must report to Brigade S-3 for briefing
          prior to convoy departure.

                    (5) POC at Brigade    Headquarters is MAJ Magnifico or MAJ
          Dumolt in Brigade S-3.

                    (6) POC in port is    MAJ Kiser, Brigade BMO.
