          FRAGO #19-91 to 7th Engineer Brigade OPLAN 5-90



          1.   (U) SITUATION: No change.

          2.        MISSIO@V: See base OPLAN 5-,90.


          3.         EXECUTION:


              a.        Effective D-Day, H-Hour, the following activities
          are permitted within the FAA.

                   (1)       Construction, establishment and gtockage of
          materiel at Log Base Echo.

                   (2)       Reconnaissance of airfield locations, routes of
          rriarch to the FAA, crossing sites of Wadi Al Batin and pipelines.

                   (3)       Ay-ea reconnaissance ol FAAe/sectors to support
          planning requirements.

                   (4)       Engineer and artillery surveys using a C7PS-type
          a y -@ t e rr-t.

              b. Coordinating Instructions:

                   ,(I)      Avoid with caution the Syrian sector (NT8418 to
          NS5158 to NS9059 to PT3112).


                   ('2)      Units will recon in sector only under
          permission and coordination with 7th EN BDE.

                   (3)       Units will avoid the city of Hatir Al BeLtir, and
          surrounding built-up areas.

          4. (U) SERVICE SUPPORT: No change.
