            FRAGO# 11-91 to 7th Engineer Brigade OPLAN




            1. Situation: No change to OPLAN 5-90'

            2. Mission: No change to OPLAN 5-90

            3. Execution:


                a.   926 Engineer Group digging assets returned to group
            control  upon completion of Ist CAV DIV mission VIC Al Quysumah.

                b.   176th Engineer Group:

                     (1) Continue to provide a minimum of 6 dozers,
            6 SEEz/  loaders for lst CAV DIV survivability/countermobility
            mission  until further notice.


                     (2) Release remaining assets from mission upon
            completion of fighting positions and tank ditches initiated 13
            Jan 91.


                 C. Coordinating Instructions:

                      (1) Conduct standdown for operator rest and
            maintainence at commander's discretion upon completion of
            mission.


                      (2) Advise Brigade of standdown period.

                      (3) AAR required NLT 24 hr8 after mission completion.
            Address assets committed, problem areas and suitability of
            resources.


            4. Service and support: No change.

            5. Command and signal: No change.
