        1.    Aviation Systems Command (AVSCOM) has identified a need
        f'or a helicopter maintenance facility. -ThC- rigquif-ement is
        for   a   helipagi  of 500,000 squ@L- -feet with space to
        accommodate up to CH-47 Chinook aircraft.
        2.   The Corps 65 has assistld by identifying a facility owned
        by Thima Al-Jazirah Corporation, the point of contact being
        one General Al-Namlah, who has suggested his facility as a
        contender   for the contract.      This facility is located
        southeast of Dammam vicinity UTM grid VKO981E)2. The need for
        this facility is urgent.

        3.   The point of contact at AVSCOM is Mr. Cryer at commercial
        1399-1119 L-xt- 7170, or LTC Boahon, same number, ext 7172.
