          SUBJECT: CARC Painting

          1. CA-RC painting vehicle priorities are as follows:

               Ml TANKs
               M2/3 ICFV/CFVs
               M577 CO     D TRACKs
               M113 COMMAND TRACKs  and BREACHING VEHICLEs
               M928 CEVs
               M981 FSTVs (if paint is available)
               M109 SP [IOWITZERs (if paint is available)
               M992 FAASVs (if paint is available)


          2. Priority for units at Port DammaLi ISA is 3AD, then VII Corps
          Artillery; at Port Jubayl ISA priority to I AD then 2AD(F).

          3. The Port Support Activity will serve as an interface between VII
          Corps deploying units and the US Army Central Support Command for
          scheduling and overall supervision of CARC painting.
