WILL PROBABLY MOVE TO LOG BASE ECHO. - 1 AD MAY COME TO XVIII
DURING PHIIID. - XVIII IS PLANNED NOT TO ENTER KUWAIT. - CORPS
WILL RETURN TO THE STATES IN DRB PACKAGES. - THERE IS A CONCERN
ABOUT WHEN TO CAPTURE THE LD. - BG STEWART SAID THAT THEY NEED
CAPTURED IRAQUI CRYPTO GEAR AND THAT IT SHOULD NOT BE DESTROYED.
- THERE HAS BEEN SOME TRAFFIC ABOUT FREEZING FREQUENCIES, CRYPTO
KEYS AND CALL SIGNS FOR PERIODS DURING THE BATTLE. THIS IS A
CONCERN BECAUSE OF COMPROMISE. IT WAS ALSO L ED THAT VII CORPS
IS USING VII GENERATED KEYS. THIS IS NOT GOOD BECAUSE UNITS MAY
NOT BE ABLE TO TALK BACK AND FORTH TO EACH OTHER IF THEY DO NOT
RAVE THE SAME KEYS.

3rd ACR and they didn't know anything about it. Cerri checked
with the CORPS ADA watch officer. She explained that in effect

to explain that she was just executing ARCENT guidance which is
Weapons HOLD. However, she is also working with ARCENT to got the
weapons status loosened. cerri reported same to LTC Stouder at
the CORPS TAC and CPT Fatzinger at the LUCKY TAC.
