             SUBJECT: DUST PALLATIVE

             1. The following is an interim report on ARCENT efforts to obtain
             dust pallative:
                 a. ARCENT has received tentative approval from SAMMARAC to
             draw crude oil from a pump station at Al Quaysumah (E. of the
             intersection of MSR SULTAN and DODGE). This should be finalized
             some time today.
                 b. Two additional draw points are being worked:
                      1) The town of Ashuba at the intersection of MSRs Dodge
             and Georgia.
                      2) The intersection of MSRS Texas and Dodge.
                 These draw points are not yet approved but should be actioned
             some time in the near future.
                 c. There are two additional contract issues being worked
             that would result in approximately 120,000 barrels of oil being
             brought forward sometime around the 21st.

             2. Two points on dust pallative:

             order to move the fuel that the two CORPSs need. I haven't found
             any plans to provide haul assets to move the pallative. The
             intent, according to the action officers, is for CORPS to haul
             it's own. I don't know if CORPS has the assets to move the
             pallative either.
