what the current and accurate priorities. cerri sent the
following mono to ARCENT Deep Operations:

           TO: ARCENT DEEP OPERATIONS
               ATTN: LTC INGRAM

FROM: ARCENT LNO TM w/XVIII CORPS

           1. XVIII CORPS wants to ensure that their target priorities are
in line with those used at ARCENT. The following are their
           priorities:
                - Chemical weapon delivery systems (arty, MLRS, FROGS, SCUDS,
           aviation delivery systems).
                - Armor/mech/arty BDE/DIV C2.
                - Armor/,moch/inf (BN/BDE/DIV).
                - Logistical sites.
                - Recon, surveillance and early warning systems.
                - Bridges, railheads in the CORPS AOI.
                - Airfield vic An Nasiriyah.
           2. Specifically the XVIII would like these assets within the 45th
           Div targetted.

           3. From what I am told there was a slide used at ARCENT HQ today
that did not match these priorities. This generated the CORPS
concern. The above priorities are current and are based on the
           enemy threat in zone.

           549. Cerri heard at the 1630 shift change that ARCENT couldn't
pick up the 41 EPWs that were in the CORPS cage. Cerri checked
with Cpt Crawford, PMO rep at ARCENT MAIN O&I. Crawford said that
there was no plan for ARCENT to provide transportation for the
EPWS. Theater MPs would guard the EPWs but would not provide the
transportation. Cerri checked the ARCENT order. On first reading
it it looks like ARCENT is going to provide transportation to haul
the MPs along with guarding them. However, upon closer reading
the order says that the 518th Trans is to provide the trans and
units have to coordinate with this unit to obtain the
transportation. Corri checked with Maj Lamb, XVIII PMO rep. Lamb
nfusion because the 800th MP Cmd had
indicated in previous verbal coordinations that they would provide
the trans. Lamb said that he was working the issue. Corri
offered help if Lamb could not solve the problem.

550 Corri checked with LTC D'Carlo, ARCENT PLANS, about the r=or
that XVIII was going to be responsible for clearing Bubilion
island and other parts of Kuwait during pH IV. Dfcarlo @lained
