      ANNEX B - PERSONNEL


      A. POR PACKETS - POR packets will be collected at the and of the POR
      by the 101st roc. 101st PSC will control an POR packet* throughout
      the deployment. POR packets will accompany the 101st PSC upon full
      division deployment.
      B. Battle Rosters/TACCS - Brigade Headquarters element will initially
      deploy with TACCB computer syst4m., fully loaded with Battle Rosters
      and C28RS* Battalion TACCO will deploy in subsequent loads.

      C. Casualty Feeder Reports and Witness Statements (DA Forms IISS and
      1156) - Unit commanders must ensure that each soldier carries a DA
      Form IISS and IIS6 in the individual first aid pouch, Unit PACs and
      separate company headquarters are to deploy with additional stookage.
      D. Forwarding Personal mail - unit commanders must ensure that each
      individual Completes PS Form 39SS Change of Address and Directory
      Card* (Additional supplies may be obtained by calling DOIX Postal
      section# Kre Conner# ext. 281s). Dependents of soldiers are
      authorized to pick up mail unless the soldier provides written
      exception to the unit mail clerk.
      Ze Mail Orderlies - Each unit headquarters must deploy with a
      qualified mail orderly to receive mail.

      7, POR Schedule - POR for initial deploying units will be conducted
      at Franotallo Gym IAW the following schedule:

      G. XWR - Units should deploy with   appropriate i= equipment such as:
      volleyball* playing cards, games# etc* The equipment should be enough
      to suitable support their own unit.
      No PDS Reporting - A PDS will be submitted 1000 hre daily with
      strength information reflecting as of 0600 hro. The PDS should
      reflect the one on page X-1-A-1-1 and X-1-A-1-2 located in the lolst
      airborne Division (Air Assault) TAC SOP. The task organization used
      will be the one that is in effect at 0600 hro of that day*
