      4. This headquarters directs that deploying units process through the
      central processing center as follows.

           (a) BDE or Separate Battalion 84$n are authorized to contact TMP
      on call duty personnel to arrange for transportation.
           (b) Bldg. #5223 DOL will be open daily 0800-1800 hours seven days
      a week until completion of deployment for issue of individual clothing.

      and Class III water section of the current daily logetat:
