                          (b) MK Provide Level III medical care within the
            Corps AO by phase of operation.

                               (1)        Phase 1: Establish medical treatment
            and evacuation capability initially vic KKMC then LOGEASE CHARLIE
            and AA OAK to support units in sector.
                               (2) ;4) Phase fI: Complete establishment of
            medical treatment and evacuation vic LOOBASE CHARLIE and AA OAK.
            Establish medical treatment and evacuation in support of Convoy
            Support Center (CSC) OXEN. Position units to facilitate support
            of Corps offensive operations.

                               (3) (U) Phase IIIA: On order establish
            surgical capability and medical evacuation base at FOS COBRA.
            Upon consolidation on OBJs WHITE..BROWN. and GRAY. establish
            medical treatment and evacuation capability vic LOOBASE OSCAR,
            LOOBASE ROMEO. and OBJ GRAY. Provide a Blood Supply Unit (BSU)
            and a Forward Supply Point vic LOOBASE ROMEO.

                              (4) 4e     Phase IIIB. Upon consolidation on OBJ
            RED and OBJ GOLD. establish medical treatment and evacuation
            capability vic OBJ GOLD.
                              (5)   V6 PHASE IIIC:. Be prepared to deploy
            assets to support operations.

               d. (U) Coordinating Instructions

                    1. (U) COMMON TASKS TO CSGS.

                        (a) (U) Tbroughout all Phases.

                              (1)   (U)  Be prepared to provide units in
            attachment/OPCON IAW    this OPLAN.

                              (2)   (U)  Be prepared to receive units in
            attachment/OPCON IAW    this OPLAN.

                              (3)   (U)  Be prepared to provide LNOS,to supported
         Divisions and Ist COSCOM HQs.

                        (b) (U) Phase I

                              (1)   W    Coordinate with supported division to
            ensure transportation requirements to move serviceable excess to
            LOOBASE BRAVO that cannot be transported with division assets have
            been identified to servicing MCT.

                              (2) (;4 Coordinate with supported nondivigional
            and divisional units to identify support requirements for
            offensive operations.
