                  1. (U) Maintenance.      Annex E

                  2. (U)   Captured enemy materiel.

                       (a) (U) After field testing is conducted, captured
            enemy materiel may be used to suprort prisoners of war and/or
            detainees.

                       (b) (U) All CSGG will establish collection points for
            enemy captured materiel. Captured materiel will be moved to the
            Joint Captured Materiel Equipment Center (JCMEC) vic (grid TBD)
            ICW procedures established by 330th MCC.

                   3. (U) Explosive Ordnance Detachment(EOD) Service. EOD
            support is requested through S3/G3 or PMO channels to Corps Rear
            Command Post.


                   4. (U) Decontamination

                       (a) (U) Units will decontaminate personnel and
            equipment at the lowest level possible.
                       (b) (U) Decontamination facilitie   g will be heavily
            dependent on water sources. Exercise great care when positioning
            decontamination points to ensure water points are not contaminated
            by decontamination operations.

                       (c) (U) 'Non-potable water will be used for
             decontamination operations whenever feasible.

               a. (U) Provide Equipment Density report to let COSCOM 0-4 NLT
            1700 every Thursday.

               b. (U) Provide backside DA Form 2406 to lot COSCOM 0-4 ULT
            1700 every Thursday.

               C. (U) CSGs provide required reports IAW lot COSCOM FSOP.
e Daily Battle Loss Report to let COSCOM G-4. Provide daily
            LOOSTAT Report to 2d/4th MMC.
