              (7) (U) Medical Support. Medical support on a non-
         reimbursable basin will be made available to CCP members as
         required. Support for chronic or preexisting conditions will
         require reimbursement. Supporting units may seek
         reimbursement after coordination and approval by USCINCCENT.
         JIBS will ensure CCP's have no obvious physical handicaps
         upon registration.

              (8) (U) Equipment Issue Requtrementg.

                   (a) (U) Director SUB-JIB DHAHRAN will be
         responsible for custody of JIB/Media equipment issue and will
         maintain supporting documentation.

                   (b) (U) The following equipment items will be
         issued by JIB DHAHRAN prior to deployment of CCP Teams:
         Helmet. Flak Vest. Web Gear/Canteen. Chemical Suit and Mask.
         Decontamination Xit, Rucksack, and Sleeping Bag.

         (U) Appendices: 1 - General Ground Rules for the Media
                         2 - Procedures and Policies for the
                             coverage of Wounded/Injured Personnel
                         3 - Policy and Procedure for Rel.ease of
                             Military Photog/Video
                         4 - Employment of Military Public Affairs
