                       (b)iAinstail, operate and maintain a FM radio in
         the COSCOM Command Net as indicated in Appendix 2.

                       (cY,U)Tnstall. operate and maintain a tactical
         facsimile as indicated in Appendix S.

                       (d)&i)lnstall, operate and maintain a STU-III on a
         commercial Saudi PTT telephone line at each Rear CP-location.
         See Appendix 12.
                       (@YAInstall. operate and maintain a RATT system
         in the COSCOM Command and Ammunition Nets as indicated in
         Appendix  4.

              d.   (U) COORDINATING-INSTRUCTIONS:
                                  I
                   (1) (U) Units with MSE equipment will inter-operate
         with the  Corps TRI-TAC Network in accordance with procedures
         outlined  by the Corps Signal Officer.

                   (2) (U) All units/staff sections will provide a
         roster of individuals authorized to release and pick-up
         messages to their servicing message center. This roster will
         include: name, rank, SSN. security clearance level and
         signatures of personnel authorized to release messages.

                   (3) (U) All COMSEC violations and compromises of
         CRYPTO (Key)  material will be reported immediately by secure
through appropriate command channels.
         Reports will  be in accordance with TB-380-41.
                   (4) (U) MIJI reports (Sub Inat to the JCEOI) will
         be submitted  immediately to the ACofS. GO.

                (5) (U) All communication requirements not covered in

         this Annex should be identified to the ACofS. GO.
