         Part 1. General@Information.

              1. 18th CFO Staff and Operation. On 8 Sep the reminder of
         the 18th CFO staff deployed to the JAO. 'Now full support to
         ,deployed and to be deployed FSU will be provided from 18th CFO at
         Dhahran. The 18th CFO S-3 (rear) will continue to assist and
         coordinate policy with the 18th CFO-


              2. Coordinating Meeting. Representatives from all@deployed
         FSU met with COL Baler to discuss policy and support matters.
         Among the issues discussed were! finance operations in the@field;
         where we are going;@support@requirementj3; availability of local
         banking support; support to TFE; use of SF 44;;c6upler service.
         Copies of the agenda and handouts are available and will be dis-
         tributed to incoming FSU. Also@a copy of all the material wil@l be
         sent to 18th CFO (rear).

             3. Theater Finance.@A meeting is scheduled with represents-
         tives from each Armed Service. Among the topics to be discussed
         are,. central funding, commercial vouchers payments, and theater
         policy.   Results of the meeting will be provided to each FSU.
             4.@6S
                  ICT
                   ,pj. 18th CFO, S3 will provide a consolidated SITREP
         for th   ommander beginning 10 sep 90. Each deployed FSU must
         provid  the S3 by the way of COA HOST or telephonically a daily
         SITREP. The report must be P46eived NLT 1000 C (local), with an
         as of time of 1800 hours the prior day. 93, 18th CFO COA HOST is
         18FOS3,Saudi or TAC Phone # 9-1650-448.

         Part II. Open Issues.     JACS Input. We are waiting approval
         from USAFAC to begiri@transmission for,JUMPS input via COA HOST.
