                       6th and StPi Marine Regiments attack for 28 0900 Feb
                91 are now an order missions. All units will stop
                hostilities. be prepared to %top all offensive actions'as
                of 28 0300 Feb ql. This does not preclude actions to
                defend yourself against enemy attacks.
