                 A.  ARCENR ENGINEER

                     3. FACE=ES/ODNSTRUCrION:

                         A) Theater EPW Camps: Both BFDM and BROOKLYN are 98% complete
             and can handle 48,000 EPWs each. Remining work to improve waste water
             collection on both sites does riot affect overall capacity.

                         B) Corps EPW Camps: Operating

                         C) Pipeline:

                           1) Phases I through III are complete
                           2) Phase IV: no demand fran LOGBASES; will shut down to lay
             15 imiles of rigid pipe; BCD is 5 Mar.
                           3) Phase V is 193KM to IDGBASE ALPHA. 178KM installed, line
             is operable to PS#7 (96M mark); 475th is preparing a temporary station.
             Further effort is on hold at this time.

                         D) Patriot Power: DHAHRAN battery is hocked up to camercial
             power. UgaPM AB Battery ContXaCtor left the Country. 535th EN DEr and
             SUPOOM engineer working; no ECD. Transformer being installed at I
