                           E) ARCEM HQ Power: Transformer installed. 416th ENCON
              holduxj on procurement of materials for emergency power plan and high rise
              offices. Cancellation of emergency bELck-up project being addressed.
              Disposition of 535th EN DEr assets under review.

                           F) ESKAN Army Airfield Power: The work request with guidance
              has been forwarded to 2nd ASB,

                           G) 86th Signal BN Power: Plan for cmaercial power connection
              has been forwarded to ARCERR G3.

                           H) Class IV (Barrier):

                              1) Disposition of Class IV: Significant quantities of
              Class IV, both barrier and construction, are being identified at or
              enroute to theater storage. Disposition plans will be developed as total
              quantities are identified and operational pro]eat requirements are
              developed.
                              2) Concertina: 13,000 rolls available at LOGBASE BRAVO;
              2,200 rolls available at 321st MM at DAMMAN.
                              3) Pickets: 127,000 each, various sizes, available at
              IOGBASE BRAVO; 28,000 each, various sizes, are at 321st NMC.
                              4) Sandbags: 1,283,000(+) at 321st NW and 3,900,000(+) at
              LOGBASE BRAVO.
                              5) Saudi--controlled Class IV at l@WC: BG Schardein to meet
              with LTC Assaf.

                           I) Class IV (Construction):

                              1) Gravel: Gravel is available for pick-up from quarry vic
              NS4062. 155th EN CO (CS) is on site as augmentation.
                              2) Dust Palliative: 843 barrels (44,679 gallons) available
              at LOGRASE BRAVO. Contract for delivery of 9000 barrels (477,000 gallons)
              awarded. 1874 of 2000 barrels delivered as of 27 Feb to Ash-Miubah. 4126
              barrels to be split between LOMASES BRAVO and ECHO. Remaining 3000
              barrels and bulk issue option on hold, but available if needed. CENTOC14
              RCCM POC is CPr Alexander.
                              3) Crude Oil: Al-QaysLmah pump broken; ARAMOD repairing;
              EM -is 6 Mar.   Both Corps indicate continuing need for crude oil. 364K
              gallon remins on order; expect 80K to left 3 Mar for XVIII AUN Corps, 24K
              leaving 4 Mar for XVIII ABN Corps.
                              4) Airfield Matting: Guidance for the recovery and turn in
              of matting beuig disseminated in the ARCENT MGSM. M19 inattuig is
              non-expmldable and will be turned into the 165th Supply Co (HVY MIL) at
