                  By 13 September lggl,, CZGM will be clogs to completion
             of the retrograde of the Ilth AC3t-3Laterial frcm the Doha -
             =zpiax in Kuwait, and on or about that date will begin the
             movement of designated material from Saudi Arabia into Doha.
             Equipment and supplies not destined for,proposition*d stocks
             in Kuwait will be retrograded out of theater IAW Departa*nt
             of the Army disposition instructions. The retrograde of
             material except Class V will be completed by 15 Nov 91. Upon
             completion of their respective portions of this movement,
             CEGSWA units will execute phased moves into Kuwait and will
             begin assuming their support missions within the Doha complex
             and at Camp Monterey. The last U.S. unit remaining at MC
             will be the 22nd ordinance Battalion, organized
             iruitifunationally and with the mission of Class V retrograde.
             Upon completion of the Class V retrograde by 25 Yeb 928 the
             22nd Ord Bn will transfer its operation to Kuwait, under
             CEGSWA.
                 The operation will consist of three phases; Phase 1,
             Movement will include the movement of units and propositioned
             material into )@jmitp and Vill commnce on 15 r),ep 91 and run
             until all POXCUS, Theater War Reserve, and operational
             Project Stocks and CEGSWA units are in position in Kuwait.
             Phase 11, Consolidation, will consist of the consolidation
             of CEGSWA units in Doha and Camp Monterey, the preparation of
             propositioned stocks for storage, and will end when the
             propositioned material Ls ready for issue to the next
             rotational exercise unit. Phase III, Sustainuent, will begin
             once equipment has been brought up to CEGSWA standards, and
             will consist of the maintenance of propositioned stocks, the
             reception. of rotational exercise units, and the issue and
             turn-in of evipmant-at the inclusion of each unlt"s
             training cycle.
