             The 128th CSH discontinued casualty care at 1800 on 3 March. The last
        of the patients were evacuated on the morning of 4 March. On         5 March the
        hospital guztained considerable wind and water damage from a         thunderstorm
        but most of the equipment and    9           ad been packed in the   MILVANS. One
        additional US female patient    ,            , wag received that     day from the
        142nd Clearing Company, co-located at MEDCEN WEST.               The patient had
        sustained multiple fragment wounds from the detonation of a          cluster bomb
        brought back to the company from Iraq.            Although the 128th CSH wag
        officially closed and the hospital had about an inch of water on the
        flooring, the patient's fragment wounds to the face, L breagt and R thigh
        were debrided in EMT. Then she wag evacuated to the 403rd CSH. This brought
        the number of admissions to 111.
             In summary, the 128th CSH saw 86 admissions between 0300 24 Feb 91 and
        1800, 3 March 91. There was a total of 80 WIA. This number wag broken down
        into 52 United States, 2 United Kingdom, and 26 prigionerg of war.
