                         (S) a. Discussion
           (S) NBC unit decontamination and casualty handling were major operational
     concerns in the MEF. Consideration for decontamination was evident in both training
     and logistical preparation. The lack of manpower and logistic capability to provide
     water and equiprient for deliberate deconta@dnation were major planning
     considerations. Deliberate deconran-dnation is considered to be a very detailed
     pmcedure for complete cleansing of personnel and washdown of equipment followed by
