                  (2) Monitors the troop population to ensure that
         vaccination occurs successfully and documents adverse reactions and
         other events associated with the program.

                  (3) Reports immediately to the SGVPRC WG on the
         vaccination effort to identify successes as well as problems areas.

                  (4) Ensures proper disposal of vaccine wastes.

             m. Reporting

                  (1) Reports from all on site_-principal investigators will
         be compiled by designated members of the SGVPRC WG. Issues
         reguiring immediate action will be addressed to include expanding
         and cessation of vaccination program.

                  (2) Reports will be compiled as part of the official
         records of the SGVPRC Working Group. The working group will inform
         members of the SGVPRC of significant developments as needed.

             n. Vaccine Waste Disposal - All vaccine waste will be
         destroyed under provisions of AR 40-61, paragraph 3-52 and in
         accordance with guidance from USAERA, USAMMDA, or as published in
         DA SB 8-75-S7
