     30 Jan     H&S Co to MOPP 4. Level reduced to MOPP 2 for remainder

                Charlie Co at MOPP 4 aiert. Charlie Co first blood units

                drawn from walking olood bank.



                All personnel and equipment from Hotel Co prepared to

                move to Al Kibrit.





     31 Jan     Bali Co directed to incorporate Hotel Co into complex.

                Meeting with LCDR Wniteman and LT Welcn to discuss

                modifications to accommodate additional personnel.

                Personnel from Hotel Co being prepared +or move to

                Charlie Co compound.





                Fox Company saw first enemy POW in triaqe.



     Ul Feb     Grand Opening of Gal+ Co Surgical Support Hospital at Al

                Kiorit, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. HM2 ballon promoted to

                HMI. HM3 Lee presented a Flag Officer Certificate 04

                Commendation.





     02 Feb     Hotel Co on board at Al Kibrit. Hotel and Gal+

                Companies to integrate to provide 7 OR's and 220 beds.

                Company integration going smoothly.



     OZS Feb    Hotel and Golf Companies completely integrated and ready

                to receive patients. All AMAL and other deficiencies

                identified and submitted. Laundry and shower facilities

                up and running. Total Bed capacity now 2iO with 7 OR's.

                Combat Stress Center in place.



     04 Feb     Charlie Co X-Ray setup for first time.



          Gal+ Co treats first patient. Arranqements made between

                Gal+ Co and CAPT Mobley, USAF, OIC, 37th AES, to

                incorporate and assist MASF into laundry, shower, and

                messinq routine. No significant problems noted.
