 Install air conditioners in latrines throughout camp.  These air
 conditioners are extremely important to provide a reasonable environment
 in our latrines.  Last summer, these latrines were almost unbearable, as
 sweat would literally pour off as you tried to use the facilities.  It
 was impossible to stay dry after drying off from a shower, for example.

 Request government of Japan Funds for purchase.
