                                ONE TIME CHARGES (TRAILERS)

   A.  Cleaning Supplies (i.e. toilet sanitizer, cleaning detergents,
   liquid bleach, sponges, etc.).

   B.  Internal trash containers.

   Notes:

     1.   All property and unexpended supplies provided by USAS will
          remain USAS property at the conclusion of services.

     2.   Invoices and payments will be based on the unit prices and
          actual unit quantities.

     3.   All prices are based on a one year period of performance.
