003 CUSTODIAL SERVICES
Cleaning of transient tents, trailers, offices, and latrines to
consist of:
Transient Tents (6 ea) Mopping of floors Daily
Removal of trash Daily
Policing of outside litter Daily
Offices (100 ea) Dusting of furniture Weekly
Mop floors Weekly
Empty trash containers 3Xs Weekly
Policing of outside litter 3Xs Weekly
Latrines (14 ea) Provide janitorial services to clean
all latrine, showers, and porta-
potties twice daily. Latrine units
have 12 toilets, two urinals, and four
sinks. There may be up to 24 of these
units to clean. Porta-potties may
number up to 20. Showers have 12 sinks
and mirrors, 12 shower stalls.
Cleaning will include scouring and
sanitizing of all fixtures, sweeping
and mopping floors, and emptying all
trash cans. Provide all cleaning
supplies and equipment. Contractor
Shall ensure each stall has a roll of
toilet paper and shall ensure a 30 roll
supply is in each latrine at each cleaning
(twice daily).
