         SUBJECT: HAREST FALCON ASSETS 
          
         OBSERVATION:     In peacetime, Harvest Falcon assets are procured and 
         maintained by the LG community through MCBSS activities.  At the  
         on-set of hostilities, LG moves assets to deployment sites.   Prime 
         BEEF and Prime RIBS have very limited insight into the condition and 
         status of Harvest Falcon assets until the day they arrive at the 
         deployment site.  LG determines shipping and destination priorities. 
         WRSK and spares for Harvest Falcon assets is limited to non existent. 
          
         ACTION:  The DE community needs greater visibility over Harrvest Falcon 
         assets.  Working with LG to ascertain total number and location of 
         assets.
